Are Shirataki noodles supposed to be chewy?
2019-12-26 |
Shirataki Noodles are chewy comparing to pasta. Because they are made from the konjac powder whose viscosity could be over 35,000. Any length of cooking makes them even more chewy. The longer you cook, the more chewy they are. To add other ingredients might make them much softer. Or you could try with sauces, some could make shirataki noodles softer too. In our factory, most customers feedback that konjac oat ,konjac basil, konjac tomato noodles are less chewy than pure konjac. We basically only add vegetable fiber as an ingredient. Whether you like traditional chewy konjac or soft vegetable flavored konjac, we could support all. |
